Onme thing that lifts me up when I am really asking questions like that is
night is long and dark but it ends with the first rays of the Sun so wait for that ray to rise before you give in to despair.
So whenever I am troubled I just say to myself okay let me wait a bit more, its all going to pass and when I am too happy I tell myself wait do not get so excited that you over indulge yourself as it also will pass.
I live my life as per the day not with the day that has passed not with the hope of the day thats going to come.
